Consent to the processing of personal data

FedeFederal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data" stipulates that consent to the processing of personal data may be given by a citizen or their representative in any form that allows confirmation of its receipt, unless otherwise provided by federal law. If written consent is not required by law, a citizen may express their consent to the processing of personal data in any way, including by submitting a consent form digitally.

I hereby, of my own free will and in my own interests (further referred to as the "User"), digitally give my voluntary, motivated, and informed consent to Simetra Group LLC (address: legal address: 191014, St. Petersburg, Saperny Lane, Bldg. 5A, Lit. B, OGRN: 1117847259529; INN: 7841446798) (further referred to as the "Operator") for the automated processing of my personal data, including through the use of the website located at https://simetragroup.ru/eng/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") in accordance with the following list:
(1) last name, first name, patronymic;
(2) gender;
(3) image;
(4) email address;
(5) telephone number;
(6) social media profiles;
(7) the source of the Site visit and search or advertising query information;
(8) user device data (including resolution, version, and other device-specific attributes);
(9) user clicks, page views, fields data, banner and video presentations and views;
(10) data characterizing audience segments;
(11) session parameters;
(12) visit time data;
(13) information stored in cookies;
(14) IP address.

The purposes of processing User's personal data are:
1) Provision of services to the User by the Operator: registration in the personal account, provision of the educational platform, consultations, and technical support. To achieve this purpose, the following User's personal data is processed:
(1) last name, first name, patronymic;
(2) gender;
(3) image;
(4) email address;
(5) telephone number;
(6) social media profiles;

2) Determining the User's preferences and improving the Website. To achieve this purpose, the following User's personal data is processed:
(1) Website access source and search or advertising query information;
(2) User device data (including resolution, version, and other attributes characterizing the user device);
(3) User clicks, page views, field entries, banner and video impressions and views;
(4) Data characterizing audience segments;
(5) session parameters;
(6) visit time data;
(7) information stored in cookies;
(8) IP address.

The Operator has the right to process personal data in the following ways:
1) collection,
2) recording,
3) systematization,
4) accumulation,
5) storage,
6) clarification (updating, modification),
7) retrieval,
8) use,
9) transfer to third parties (provision, access),
10) blocking,
11) deletion,
12) destruction of personal data.

This consent is valid for 3 years.

This consent may be revoked by sending a written revocation in free form to the Operator's location by mail or by email to info@simetragroup.ru. In such a case, the Operator will cease processing and destroy the User's personal data within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant revocation.
